Our Beliefs
The Word of God
We believe the Word of God is living, powerful, and unchanging.
Scripture is God-breathed truth, the final authority for faith, life, and conduct.
Through the Word, God speaks, corrects, equips, and reveals divine purpose.
The Word brings light, life, and transformation.
The Trinity
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons:
God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
The Trinity works in perfect unity — distinct in role, equal in power, and one in essence.
Father, Son, and Spirit move together in love, redemption, and glory.
God the Father
We believe in God the Father, the Creator of heaven and earth.
God the Father is holy, faithful, loving, and sovereign.
From the Father flows purpose, provision, and perfect will.
All things begin and are sustained by God’s authority and love.
Jesus Christ
We believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of God and Saviour of the world.
Jesus Christ was sent from heaven, lived without sin, gave life on the cross, and rose in victory.
Through Jesus Christ, humanity is restored to God.
Jesus Christ reigns as Lord, Redeemer, and King forever.
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the Holy Spirit, the active presence of God on the earth today.
The Holy Spirit empowers believers, convicts hearts, teaches truth, and releases spiritual gifts.
The Holy Spirit gives divine direction, bold faith, and holy orders for God’s people.
Where the Spirit leads, lives are changed and revival is released.
Salvation
We believe salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ.
Salvation brings forgiveness of sins, new life, and reconciliation with God.
It is not earned by works but freely given through love and mercy.
Salvation restores identity, purpose, and eternal hope.
The Church
We believe the Church is the Body of Christ, called to worship God and serve the world.
The Church exists to preach the Gospel, make disciples, and demonstrate God’s love in action.
Believers are united in faith, empowered by the Spirit, and sent with purpose.
The Church is alive, advancing, and commissioned for impact.
Holy Spirit
The Presence and Work of the Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit proceeds from the Father and the Son and is actively at work in the world today. The Holy Spirit convicts humanity of sin, righteousness, and judgment, drawing people toward repentance and faith. He regenerates, sanctifies, and empowers all who believe in Jesus Christ, dwelling within them as an abiding helper, teacher, and guide.
Baptism in the Holy Spirit
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as described in Acts 2:4. Speaking in other tongues, as the Spirit gives utterance, is understood to be the initial evidence of this baptism. Through His presence and power, the Holy Spirit equips believers for holy living, spiritual growth, and effective ministry.
The Ongoing Work of the Holy Spirit
Jesus reassured His disciples when He said, ‘I will not leave you as orphans.’ With this promise, He foretold the coming of the Helper, the Holy Spirit, who would guide His followers all the way to the end and reveal truths beyond what Jesus had already shared during His earthly ministry.
After Jesus’ departure, the Holy Spirit fulfilled this promise by continuing to reveal new understanding to the early Church. The Holy Spirit granted further revelation to the Apostle Paul, unveiling truths that were not yet grasped by others. Likewise, John received divine insight from the Holy Spirit while in captivity on the Isle of Patmos, further demonstrating the Spirit’s active involvement in guiding and imparting wisdom.
Even today, the Holy Spirit continues to work in the lives of committed Christians. He guides, strengthens, and enables believers to overcome the challenges they encounter, remaining a constant and faithful presence for those who follow Christ.
The Holy Spirit’s Orders
This gathering is not a coincidence; it is a divine appointment. The Holy Spirit is moving with clarity, authority, and power, bringing heaven’s instructions to earth. These are not mere suggestions or opinions, but divine commands that align God’s people with heaven’s purpose. Wherever the Spirit orders, breakthrough follows.
How the Holy Spirit Speaks
- Prayer that ignites faith
- The living Word of God
- Holy conviction and spiritual discernment
- Prophetic direction and confirmation
When the Holy Spirit speaks, we listen and respond. His voice leads us to action and obedience, ensuring we move in alignment with God’s will.
What the Holy Spirit’s Orders Release
- Bold faith and spiritual authority
- Healing, restoration, and freedom
- Lives transformed and hearts awakened
- Communities impacted by God’s power
Where the Spirit commands, chains are broken and lives are changed.
Our Declaration
We declare: “Speak, Holy Spirit. We are ready. Order our steps. Lead us in power.” We come expecting and prepared, recognising that the Holy Spirit has orders; and revival is underway.
Scripture Reference
The biblical foundation for prophetic direction and confirmation, as well as the release of the Holy Spirit's orders, is found in 1 Corinthians 14:22-26. This passage emphasises the significance of the Holy Spirit’s voice in guiding believers, shaping their faith, and impacting communities. It demonstrates how spiritual gifts, when used in obedience to the Spirit, result in edification, encouragement, and unity within the body of Christ.
1 Corinthians 14:22-26 reinforce the importance of listening to the Holy Spirit, responding to His direction, and expecting transformation—both personally and corporately. Through these verses, we are reminded that God’s power is made manifest when His people are attentive and obedient to the Spirit’s leading.
Evangelism
Bearing One Another’s Burdens
Carrying one another’s burdens is a vital expression of Christ’s gospel. It is through this selfless act that the love of Christ becomes visible within our community. When individuals begin to think too highly of themselves, they fall into deception and lose sight of the truth that, before the cross, everyone stands on equal ground, equally in need of God’s grace.
Personal Responsibility and Self-Examination
Each believer is called to examine their own life, focusing not on comparing themselves to others, but on the sincerity of their obedience to God. In this process of self-examination, they can rejoice in the work that Christ is accomplishing within them. At the same time, every individual must embrace the responsibility of carrying their own load in advancing the mission of the Kingdom.
Generosity and Gratitude in Receiving the Word
Those who are taught the Word should respond with gratitude, sharing every good thing with those who faithfully impart spiritual truth. In doing so, the gospel is able to move forward with strength and generosity, ensuring that the message of Christ continues to reach others.
Love in Action
Love is how faith becomes visible.
When we love, we don’t walk alone; we walk with others, helping carry the weight of life together, just as the Anointed One calls us to do.
Sometimes pride whispers that we’re too important, too busy, or above helping someone else. But that voice deceives us. True greatness is found in humility and service.
God has given each of us a purpose.
When we focus on living it out faithfully and with excellence, joy follows; not because people applaud us, but because we know we’re doing what’s right.
Faith is personal.
Each of us is responsible for our own choices and our own conscience before God. And as we grow, we’re called to honour those who teach God’s Word by sharing in the good we receive.
Here’s a truth we can’t escape:
God will not be mocked. What we plant with our lives; our actions, attitudes, and decisions; is exactly what we will harvest.
So, choose love.
Choose humility.
Choose faithfulness.
Because the way we live today shapes eternity.

Jesus Christ
1. “This is my beloved Son…” : God’s declaration
In the New Testament, God speaks audibly at two key moments:
- Jesus’ baptism
- The Transfiguration
The wording varies slightly across the Gospels, but the core message is the same:
This is not a title given to any other prophet in this direct, divine, public way.
Prophets are called servants, messengers, chosen ones, but not “my beloved Son.”
Why this statement is unique
- It identifies Jesus not just as a messenger but as having a unique relationship with God.
- It implies authority, identity, and divine approval.
- It sets Jesus apart from all other figures in Scripture.
2. “I am the way, the truth, and the life…”: Jesus’ own claim
Jesus says:
This is an extraordinary claim because:
- Prophets typically say, “Follow God” or “This is God’s message.”
- Jesus says, “Follow me.”
- He places himself as the exclusive path to God.
Why this is unique: No other prophet in the Bible or in major world religions claims:
- To be the way to God
- To be the truth itself
- To be the source of life
- That access to God depends entirely on them
3. How the two statements fit together
God’s declaration (“This is my beloved Son”) and Jesus’ declaration (“I am the way to the Father”) reinforce each other:
- God identifies Jesus uniquely
- Jesus explains the meaning of that identity
Together, they form the Christian belief that:
- Jesus is not merely a prophet
- Jesus is uniquely connected to God
- Jesus has divine authority to reveal God
- Salvation is found through him
This is why Christianity sees Jesus as more than a messenger; as the Son who reveals the Father.
4. Why no other prophet makes these claims
Across Scripture:
- Moses speaks for God
- Isaiah speaks for God
- Jeremiah speaks for God
- Muhammad (in Islamic belief) speaks for God
- Other prophets speak for God:
But none say:
- “I am the only way to God.”
- “Believe in me and you will not perish.”
- “The Father and I are one.”
- “Before Abraham was, I am.”
These are identity claims, not just prophetic messages.
5. The conclusion In Christian understanding:
- God’s statement reveals who Jesus is
- Jesus’ statement reveals what that identity means for humanity
This is why Christians see Jesus as:
- The Son of God
- The unique revelation of God
- The mediator between God and humanity
- The source of eternal life
Jesus does not merely carry a message for He is the Message. To embrace Jesus is to move beyond the law of servants and into the grace of sons, finding in Him the only true mediator who restores our broken connection to the Father.
The Bible
The Bible: Foundation of Faith
1. “We believe the Bible is the Word of God”
The Bible is regarded not simply as a human composition, but as God’s message to humankind. It reveals the nature of God, His actions throughout history, and provides guidance for how people are to live.
2. “Verbally and fully inspired and without error in the original manuscripts”
- Verbally inspired: Each word found in the Scriptures is believed to be directly guided by God, not merely the overall concepts or messages.
- Fully inspired: Both the Old Testament and the New Testament are considered equally inspired by God.
- Without error in the original manuscripts: This view holds that the original texts, before translations or copies, were completely trustworthy and accurate.
3. “Written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit”
Although human authors physically penned the text, the Holy Spirit guided their writing so that the words reflected exactly what God intended to communicate.
4. “It has supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct”
The Bible is considered the highest standard and final authority for:
- Faith: What Christians should believe.
- Conduct: How Christians should live.
Whenever questions arise about doctrine, moral issues, or spiritual life, the Bible serves as the ultimate reference point.
It is through this diligent adherence to the Scriptures that the believer is equipped for every good work, finding the clarity and strength necessary to walk the narrow path of righteousness in an ever-changing world.
